Can I make a booking with you?
Yes, provided your booking follows the latest government Covid-19 safety advice (social distancing and local UK lockdowns).
It is the responsibility of the guests that the latest government rules are followed.
What are your current office opening hours?
The office is usually open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and closed for lunch between 1 pm and 2 pm. On Saturday the office will be open 9 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 5 pm. We will be closed on public holidays.
What happens if I book and then the holiday dates fall within a travel restricted period?
If you are forced to cancel your holiday due to government restrictions in your area, we would offer to move your holiday to the same property later in 2022 without penalty, subject to availability and any rental difference. If this were not possible we would offer you a full refund minus the £30booking fee, subject to 14 days notice of cancellation. Within 14 days of your arrival date, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
If there was another national lockdown or we were unable to host guests, we would offer to move your holiday to the same property later in 2022 without penalty, subject to availability and any rental difference. If this were not possible we would offer you a full refund minus the £30 booking fee.
If you were unable to travel because you or someone in your party were diagnosed with Covid-19 within 14 days of your arrival date or if you or a member of your party is quarantined or has been asked to self-isolate our standard cancellation policy will apply.

If your party is not allowed to travel or meet with each other safely then you must notify us as soon as possible and before travelling down.
Can I cancel or amend my holiday dates?
Due to Christmas Day falling on Sunday this year, we have changed our changeover day for all properties over the festive period.
For Christmas it will now be Thursday 22nd December to Thursday 29th December, you will need to select the normal changeover date for the property either Friday 16th to Friday 23rd December or Saturday 17th to Saturday 24th December.
For the New Year week, it will now be Thursday 29th December to Thursday 5th January 2023, you will need to select the normal changeover date for the property either Friday 23rd December to Friday 30th December or Saturday 24th to Saturday 31st December 2022.
What extra precautions are you taking for my stay?
From 4th July 2020 onwards, we have been fully following industry guidelines and, like most other agencies, we originally introduced 5 pm check-in and 9 am check-out times.
From 5th January 2022, our check in time is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. Keys will be accessible from key safes, most of which will be placed at the property itself. Full details of these check-in arrangements will be sent to you on your final balance email when you have paid in full.
