Christmas is one of the most exciting times of the year for kids so why not treat them to a trip down to St Ives where Christmas is celebrated enthusiastically, affording great food and entertainment and giving you a new experience on the winter break that you and the kids will find truly unforgettable. There’s plenty for kids to do in St Ives on Christmas such as visiting Santa and his grotto and attending the yearly Christmas panto. If you want to stay over the Christmas period and enjoy Christmas Day in St Ives, stick around for Boxing Day as well and take part in the annual Boxing Day Dip on Porthminster Beach at midday. It can be cold but the spirit and sense of community keeps the event lively.
With over 55 properties, Cornish Riviera has plenty of space for you and your family to come and stay, offering you all the creature comforts of home to help you relax and unwind over the busy Christmas period. We want to make your life as easy and fun as possible while you’re staying with us and if you want, you can stay in one of our dog-friendly cottages so the whole family can be together at Christmas. Our cottages are also self-catering so you can enjoy a private family gathering to celebrate Christmas and the end of the year. Some of our cottages have free Wi Fi or parking and others have sea views, giving you a perfect view out across the wintry wonderland of St Ives from the moment you wake up.
St Ives is extremely welcoming to dogs and you will find many pubs and restaurants where your dog can be at your side.
Here at Cornish Riviera, we’re dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible.
During the peak weeks parking in the St Ives area can be quite difficult.
