Every year St Ives hosts a food and drink festival, celebrating the many cultures and cuisines that give St Ives its rich and appealing culture and allowing you to discover tastes you’ve never tried before, giving you a new and memorable experience. In 2025, the St Ives Food and Drink Festival is on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th May 2025!
The festival takes place over a weekend in May on Porthminster Beach and comes packed with artisan tents, food and drink stalls and live music to set the atmosphere. You can sign up for masterclasses and evening music sessions and follow the St Ives Food Trail that begins earlier in the week that combines the greatest hits from both locals and visiting chefs.
In order to not miss out on any of the fun, Cornish Riviera has a wide range of properties for you to choose from so you can be in town for the whole festival. Some of the properties are very close to Porthminster beach as well, providing a premium location for all the food and drink festivities.
Our cottages are all self-catering facilities and most offer free Wi-Fi. Why not try out your own meals and experiment with the ingredients you buy at the festivals, bringing a taste of the festival into the privacy of your holiday home? Some of our cottages are also dog-friendly and come with parking as well as putting you in the heart of St Ives so that you can explore other things the town has to offer while taking a break from the festival.
Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of your very own holiday cottage by the sea in St Ives.
During the peak weeks parking in the St Ives area can be quite difficult.
Cornish Riviera Holidays offers a wide selection of properties for Christmas.
