Open-plan, hand-painted bespoke kitchen and dining area. Marble worktops, built-in dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dryer. Dining table with seating for six. Wall mounted flat screen TV. Built-in window seating area with beautiful views.

Bathroom. Positioned halfway up the stairs and fitted with luxury shower, wash basin and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom 1. Double 5 ft bed, fitted bedside tables, cupboards and wardrobes. Magnificent harbour views from bay window.

Second Floor

Large sitting room. Fabulous views from the large bay window of the harbour, St Ives bay and the illuminated chapel on the Island. French doors with juliet balcony to rear fill this delightful room with sunlight. Furnished with two comfortable settees and armchairs, fitted window seat, bookcase, large coffee table and TV.
