A dozen wooden stairs to landing and WC with wash basin.
Sitting/bedroom area. This is galleried, has beamed high ceilings and runs the full depth of the house with large windows front and back and exceptional views towards the south over the harbour. Original wide floorboards, panelled cupboards and cast-iron fireplace. Simple furnishings include a small double click clack sofa bed, wide single sofa bed and directors’ chairs and small TV should you ever tire of the Harbour's wonderful ever-changing day and night time views.
Very quirky and homely cottage. Perfect to enjoy st Ives, even if you’re not feeling like going out a lot.

Such an amazing location and a unique place to stay. We loved sitting upstairs and looking out over the water, and being able to just walk out the door and be in the middle of town. Would love to come back and stay again!
