This 19th century granite built fisherman's cottage is a wonderful mix of the old and new, with exposed wooden floorboards and original beams but with all the modern touches you require for today's lifestyle. Originally built in the traditional style over a net store and fish cellar which raises the cottage above the road level, The Nest is accessed by several time worn granite steps leading up to the stable door giving the property a very private feel, just moments from all the beaches, shops and the Island car park.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at “The Nest” for a week and thought it was in the perfect location. We could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Comfortable cottage feel. I would highly recommend it.

A beautiful little cottage. super super close to the beaches and an easy walk into St Ives. Lovely and quiet and felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, and clean and felt right at home. My only complaint was the seagulls nesting outside the kitchen window and the bed was super hard. I would stay again.
