How to book

1.  First of all, "Search our properties" for the property of your choice.  Select your chosen date/number of guests and click "Search".  If you want to see the full list of properties just click "Our properties", then on "Refine search" select "By property name". All properties will then appear in the drop down box.  If you wish you can "Refine search" by clicking on the various options.  You can add multiple properties to your "Property shortlist" which can be found at the top right hand side of the page.

2.  Once you have read the property details, viewed the photos, location etc and read the "Guest info" page, click on "Rentals & availability" or "Book property" to check the availability and weekly rental of your chosen property. Weekly rentals can been found by hovering over either the Friday or Saturday changeover date.

3.  Select the date of your chosen property by clicking on the start and end date of your holiday on the calendar. The rental will show in the box on the right hand side. 

4.  Click on "Book property" and carefully complete details of all members of your party and click on any extra services that you require. 

5.  Check your holiday details are correct and read the Conditions of booking before you tick the box to accept them. 

6.  If your holiday starts in more than 28 days you have the choice to pay 1/3 of the rental + £25 booking fee or to pay the full amount (to include £25 booking fee, any extras + £100 damage deposit).  If your holiday starts in less than 28 days full payment (to include £25 booking fee, any extras + £100 damage deposit) will be required.

7.  We strongly recommend you take out a comprehensive cancellation insurance as you will be liable for the full rental cost if you are forced to cancel your holiday.

8.  Click "Book and pay online" or "Book and pay by cheque".

Book online and pay by card

1.  Due to the new EU directive we accept debit cards only (no surcharge). Enter the required card details carefully and click "authorise payment".  

2.  You will promptly receive an email detailing your request.

3.  Only once we are able to accept your booking will we take the payment and then email you a receipt detailing your booking and showing when the balance payment will be taken from your card (28 days before arrival).

4.  Once the payment for the balance is successful, we will email you a receipt and details of key collection.

5.  Within 2 weeks following your departure, we will credit the damage deposit to your card, subject to the property being left in good order. 

Book online and pay by cheque

1.  You will promptly receive an email detailing your request which will be followed by a further email once your provisional booking has been accepted.  This will be held for 4 working days to allow time for the cheque payment to be sent.

2.  Once we have received your cheque we will email you a receipt detailing your booking and showing when the balance would be due (28 days before arrival).

3.  On payment of the balance we will email you a receipt and details of key collection.

4.  Within 2 weeks following your departure, we will return your damage deposit by cheque, subject to the property being left in good order.

Book by phone and pay by cheque

1.  If you prefer, telephone us to make a provisional booking which will be held for 4 working days to allow time for postage.

2.  Complete a booking form (yellow page at the back of our brochure) or download from our website (click on "Booking form" on the footer) and send it together with your cheque.

3.   Once we have received your cheque we will  send you a receipt by email confirming your booking and showing when the balance will be due (28 days before arrival).

4.  On payment of the balance we will email you a receipt and details of key collection.

5.  Within 2 weeks following your departure, we will return your damage deposit by cheque, subject to the property being left in good order.
