Food & Drink in St Ives

St Ives has rightly earned itself a reputation as one of the UK's cultural capitals, not to mention boasting one of the most beautiful coastlines in the UK which have won awards in previous years, see 'About St Ives' regarding the accolades. You're in for a treat. Food and drink in St Ives, Cornwall is amazingly extraordinary. Fresh-from-the St Ives harbour seafood, indulgent Cornish Cream Teas, incredible locally grown produce and ice-cream (Moomaid Ice Cream is to die for), the Cornish Pasty, Saffron Bun (Ferrells is the place to go for a Pasty and Saffron), Cornish Mead, the list goes on!

A wealth of fantastic food and drink places have ensured that St Ives has excelled on the culinary front. We have therefore drawn up a list of our favourite places to eat and drink and categorised the lists by restaurants, takeaways and pubs and bars. We just know you’re going to love dining with sand between your toes at a beachside café, for example, Porthmeor Beach Cafe, in a country pub with a roaring fire (Halsetown Inn) or at a top restaurant where the name of a local food hero hangs above the door, for example, Michael Smith at Porthminster Beach Cafe.
