Open plan kitchen and sitting room: electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, undercounter fridge, undercounter freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Dining table set up for 6 guests. Leading into the sitting room with 2 x large 2 seater sofas and a smart TV.
Family bathroom: WC, wash hand basin, bath with handheld shower plumbed from taps that can be fixed to the riser.
Bunk bedroom: full sized bunk beds, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
Main bedroom: a family room with a double bed, a single bed, free standing mirror, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Stairs up to 1st floor bathroom.
First floor
Bathroom: WC, wash hand basin, bath with handheld shower plumbed from taps that can be fixed to the riser.
At the end of the day, step outside to Porthmeor Beach with a bottle of wine and a picnic blanket to watch the stunning sunsets over Mans Head and Clodgy – the perfect end to a perfect day at 2 Lower Saltings.

We enjoyed our 4-day stay at 2 lower saltings. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The location of the property is great. With just few steps, you’ll enjoy the beauty of Porthmeor beach. It is also walking distance to the harbour and to a lot of restaurants. The inside of the property is clean and organized. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and wares you’ll need to do home cooking. Bathrooms have good water pressure. Bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses with pillows and duvet. Towels and bath robes were alsp provided. Living room is cozy with television and some games to play. We were also welcomed with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, which is very thoughtful. Cornish Riviera Holidays was responsive with all the queries we sent. We’ll definitely book this property again when we visit St Ives again. Thank you so much for making our trip easier and one of the best. 🥰

July 23, 2026Fab apartment in a perfect location right next to Porthmeor beach. Great sized living room and kitchen area too and 2 bathrooms. Perfect spot for walking around all of St Ives. Great communication from Cornish Riviera Holidays too 💗
