Lews Lookout, Harrys Hideout and Rosies Retreat

Lews Lookout, Harrys Hideout and Rosies Retreat are a group of 3 modern granite cottages on the junction of Skidden Hill and Westcotts Quay. Just yards from Lambeth Beach and the Harbour, built in 2011, all three cottages have been thoughtfully designed and decorated throughout. Each cottage has its open private front door but being next door to each other, they are perfect for a large group of family and friends to book as a single unit sleeping a total of 14. Ideally located in the 'Hidden Quarter' of St Ives, you are a stone's throw from the Harbour beach, with all other beaches and amenities that St Ives offers within a few minutes’ walk.

Lews Lookout (sleeps 6)
Ground Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed, large wardrobe and flat screen TV. Sea views.
En-suite wet room. Polished granite room with large walk-in shower with rain shower head, marble vanity unit with in-built wash basin. WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, built-in vanity unit, wardrobe etc. Flat screen TV. Sea views.
Bedroom 3. Double bed and wardrobe etc. Sea views.
Bathroom. Limestone floor and walls. Oval-shaped bath, circular wash basin mounted on unit, WC and heated towel rail.

First Floor
Stunning, spacious open-plan room with wonderful sea views from both front windows.

Harrys Hideout (sleeps 4)
Ground Floor
A delightful open-plan room fitted and furnished to the highest standard.
Sitting area with a comfortable stylish L-shaped sofa seating 4 people and coffee table. Wall-mounted large flat screen TV.
The stylish and contemporary curved lacquered kitchen with granite style worktops is fitted with gas 4-ring hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge, washer/dryer, slim-line dishwasher, and stainless steel sink with mixer tap.
Dining table with leather dining seats for 4.
Separate WC and wash basin.

Rosies Retreat (sleeps 4)
