Built over three floors this former policeman's cottage exudes elegance and reflects the personality of its owners, the top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a large master room with a super king bed and a snug 2nd room with a small single Ideal for a child, a comfy well-appointed sitting room and family shower room are located on the 1st floor with the ground floor housing the large open-plan kitchen/dining room.
Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

August 31, 2024Chy Splander is in a great location in St Ives. Easy to pull up to in the car to off load. The cottage is right in the centre yet feels very private and quiet. Had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Will definitely book again. We even recommended it to friends who have already booked it for next year. Easy booking process with Cornish Riviera
August 14, 2024Great location! Would highly recommend clean and walkable to restaurants and beach! Competitive priced however all properties in this area are very expensive! Thank you really love this cottage!
