Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

Great location. Nice kitchen on the bottom floor. Excellent king bed. Very nice bathroom. Two flights of fairly narrow stairs, so not for mobility impaired. Otherwise, highly recommended.
May 17, 2025I visited St Ives with my sister, we both thought that Chy Splander was lovely, beautifully decorated, very near the centre and the harbour, but in a nice quiet area of the town. We came by train and walked a lot during our stay, which was very enjoyable. There are lots of restaurants and shops around, but we mostly ate at the cottage and all the basic kitchen equipment was provided.
May 9, 2025Centrally located with all the good things about St Ives on the doorstep. Quiet location although close to everything, easy to find and very comfortable and clean. We would recommend and would stay again.
