Built over three floors this former policeman's cottage exudes elegance and reflects the personality of its owners, the top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a large master room with a super king bed and a snug 2nd room with a small single Ideal for a child, a comfy well-appointed sitting room and family shower room are located on the 1st floor with the ground floor housing the large open-plan kitchen/dining room.
Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

Cornish Riviera Holidays were Excellent. The accommodation was great. Clean, lots of amenities and has thought of the small things that really add to the stay. Location is perfect, right on the doorstep of everything Saint Ives has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

August 23, 2025A stunning cottage literally just a couple of minutes walk away from the beautiful St Ives harbour and three different beaches in the area. Couldn't be better located. The cottage is a squeeze in places and being across three floors there are a few door frames to bang your head on, but it's super-well equipped and beautifully decorated. Approaching the house was tricky with the St Ives roads being very narrow, so worth planning out dropping off your stuff in advance – particular if you have a little one. But the parking garage works well and is less than a five minute walk away. Really enjoyed our week here! Wholeheartedly recommend for all Cornish beach lovers!
