Built over three floors this former policeman's cottage exudes elegance and reflects the personality of its owners, the top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a large master room with a super king bed and a snug 2nd room with a small single Ideal for a child, a comfy well-appointed sitting room and family shower room are located on the 1st floor with the ground floor housing the large open-plan kitchen/dining room.
Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

Chy Splander has a dedicated parking space in a nearby garage. The garage has a height restriction of 2.4 meters, and the parking space is 2.8 meters wide and 4.6 meters deep.

February 18, 2026Such a beautiful little cottage in a quiet little corner but also right in a central location in lovely St Ives. The decor throughout is endearing and homely. Superbly equipped with everything I needed- including a Nespresso coffee machine! I fell in love with the place and could not have been happier during my stay. I didn't want to leave! Outstanding and I can't wait to go back..
December 12, 2025We had a fab stay – the house is lovely, clean and comfortable. It’s right in town, making it super convenient for all the things you want to do in St Ives but at the same time is tucked away so it doesn’t feel too busy. The car parking nearby was so useful but the house and parking garage are tricky to find first time around because of the tiny streets/one way systems of st ives.
