Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

A charming, cosy, well equipped and comfortable cottage in a perfect location. Comfortable super king bed, cosy lounge, smart TV, WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine (the small pods), and every convenience you could require. Best of all is the amazing location – just steps away form all the activity and shops, yet in a quiet location with no passing traffic. Great views from the top side window over rooftops and to the sea. The garage is located a short walk away and offers a large space inside a secure 6 space roofed building which is very welcome after the narrower street access, but once in, its perfect and secure. Best access to the cottage to offload is left out of the garage, right on Bedford road, down the hill, passing boots, left at the curved Market place building, then left again immediately into Back Street (NB – it has a one-way arrow on the road, but many cars and taxis drive up that very short stretch to park in front of a small boutique, 'Sweet Lime', where you can offload your vehicle into the cottage. Back to the garage from the cottage has to be around the town again because of the one ways, so best to follow navigation, but on the return, I found that descending down Windsor Hill was the best way to get to the garage with the least amount of tight turns or narrow accesses. Ideal for a couple or couple and one child. Stay here, – you will not regret it!
