Situated on 1 of the prettiest and best-known lanes in St Ives, 10 The Warren is a charming 3-bedroom cottage originally built as a miner's cottage for miners working in the North Wheal Providence mine sited at Pedn Olva Point. Benefiting from a raised private front terrace and a large enclosed rear courtyard bursting with greenery. Extended at some point in the last century, the 3rd bedroom is built into the cliff of The Malakoff creating a room with a quirky rock feature wall.
This cottage offers a delightful interior as well as 2 rare outside areas and a large private parking space for 2 small or 1 very large car a few hundred metres away (large hard-standing space on lane between The Terrace and Albert Place, which is just above The Warren).
Ground Floor
Sitting/dining room. This front room is comfortably furnished with stylish settee and 2 armchairs, large heater in fireplace, coffee table, 32" Smart TV, dining table with seating for 6. Wonderful views of the Harbour.
Kitchen. Charming, ship-like wooden cupboards offer plenty of storage space and deep worktops. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and toaster. Small in-built breakfast table with seating for 4.
First Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed with breathtaking views from the bed, 2 little chairs in the bay window looking out to sea. Bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and hanging space.
Bedroom 2. Small room with double bed, bedside table and lamps and window to rear courtyard. Hanging rail and clothes drawer unit. This room has the very characterful presence of an enormous chunk of bedrock which pushes its way in to the room!
Bedroom 3. Small room with single bed with bedside table and lamp, wardrobe. Window to rear.
Shower room. Large walk-in shower, sink, WC, electric towel rail.
Separate WC. With basin in hall outside. Washing machine.
Door to rear courtyard – which is surrounded with plants and has a tiny stream running through it and garden furniture ready for breakfast in the sun!
One small, well behaved dog is accepted.

The house was ideally situated and had everything we needed. Also, the bedding and towels were lovely and clean. We had fantastic views from the lounge and bedroom.
February 24, 202410 The Warren was a fantastic place to stay. The views out to the harbour were spectacular and its location is within walking distance of everything in St Ives. The house was clean and felt very Cornish. We had a lovely week there and would definitely recommend.
February 17, 2024The perfect place to spend Xmas! This is the second time we’ve stayed at 10 The Warren over the holidays, and it was just as lovely as the first. Homely and comfortable; ideally situated; brilliant hosts. Cornish Riviera were a fantastic help with post and very kind when one of our party took ill towards the end of the holiday. We couldn’t recommend more and hope to stay again!
