First Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed with breathtaking views from the bed, 2 little chairs in the bay window looking out to sea. Bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and hanging space.
Bedroom 2. Small room with double bed, bedside table and lamps and window to rear courtyard. Hanging rail and clothes drawer unit. This room has the very characterful presence of an enormous chunk of bedrock which pushes its way in to the room!
Bedroom 3. Small room with single bed with bedside table and lamp, wardrobe. Window to rear.
Shower room. Large walk-in shower, sink, WC, electric towel rail.
Separate WC. With basin in hall outside. Washing machine.
Door to rear courtyard – which is surrounded with plants and has a tiny stream running through it and garden furniture ready for breakfast in the sun!
One small, well behaved dog is accepted.

Amazing views from living room and bedroom. Parking space a bonus. Pretty rear garden. Lovely cottage and think we were luck to book at short notice in August. Size of bedrooms small but this is not something that can be changed. We thought the bed sizes and bedding very good and very comfortable. No improvements required. Cornish Riviera staff very helpful.
August 19, 2022This Cottage is in a wonderful location with incredible views, the patio courtyard is a definite bonus as well. The House itself is full of character & we loved it
July 29, 2022Lovely property, outside front steps, are very steep. Glass lampshade in the front bay window is quite low. A lovely view of St Ives Bay from the lounge and bedroom windows however there is a step from the main bedroom to the bathroom.
