Located in one of the quietest areas of St Ives, this well-appointed and comfortable apartment benefits from a spacious living room with views across The Island from the seat under the window, a well-equipped kitchen and a good-sized shower room plus a cozy, comfortable bedroom. Sea Ayr is the perfect destination for those seeking something a little different. There is also a shuttle bus that runs approx. every 20 minutes up and down the hill from the Rugby Club, past Ayr and down to the Tate.
Nearby is Ayr Holiday Park where you can use the indoor swimming pool (best to book in advance during holiday periods), on-site restaurant and children's play area.

60) Sea Ayr
Sea Ayr was a fantastic little apartment that was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great holiday in St Ives. Its location was brilliant with wonderful view of the sea (I loved sitting on the chair reading a book whilst being able to see the sea), with restaurants, bars and shops a short distance away. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is a great size and the washing machine came in handy too. There is a park literally a stone throw away, so we could take our dogs for a run before we went to explore. Cornish Riviera Holidays were great with brilliant customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful break
June 14, 2025Town and great beaches all in easy reach. Quiet location in evenings. Apartment great for us (as a couple) and our dog although it could accommodate 2 small children.
September 16, 2024This place was most ideal for two people bringing their pets with them…dogs were well behaved and the beds were very comfortable, including the pullout bed. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly ask for and a lot of space too, very clean and well organised. Bathroom was exactly what was needed for a short stay. Television was great to have, especially on the day after we arrived, because the weather wasn't so good on that day so having Netflix was a nice was to chill for the afternoon. Overall it was a lovely place to stay for a short period of time, so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay for just a few nights.
