Sliding patio doors take you out onto a contemporary, sunny, decked balcony with stylish outdoor furniture including a settee, 2 chairs and a small table from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst sipping a cool drink on a hot summer’s day!

A wonderful location, nicely appointed, great parking lot. Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, convenient VRBO. Bright, comfortable rooms. Good water pressure and easy to regulate shower. Pleasant seating choices indoor and on the balcony. Only drawbacks were an innacurate listing (missing microwave oven, host has updated the listing) and an ambiguous 'laundry' that would be more useful with a heated dryer due to the damp seaside air. A provided clothes airing rack was marginally useful. One outdoor flight of stairs to the flat from the parking lot, but did I mention the wonderful PARKING LOT!?! This is a game changer if you're driving to St Ives.Short walks to convenience stores 2-8mins, restaurants 9-20mins, beaches 10-20 mins. Easy driving access to roads out of town for exploring broader Cornwall. If you are planning to cook meals, you will need to source all ingredients as the pantry was empty. Lots of clean towels and a nice heated rack in the bathroom. Host company provided extra trash bag, detergents, paper towels, and sponges.
