A cute, little cosy dwelling in the heart of St Ives. It is exactly how it's described. The kitchen facilities are limited. However, I wasn't planning cooking on cooking three course meals for multiple guests. The bed is comfy. The bathroom is small but everything worked fine. Although I kept knocking the toilet roll holder off the wall – maybe that needs upgrading. It is true about the old fella upstairs sharing his telly audio with the neighbours but I managed to sleep ok. Overall it is affordable for St Ives and in the heart of the town. I will use again as I have family living in the town and visit every year. For affordability, cleanliness, location it has a 5 stars from me
