Fabulous period cottage finished to a very standard, moments to Porthminster Beach and the Harbour with its trips to see the lighthouse and famous seals! The shops, wonderful restaurants, Barbara Hepworth Museum, Tate Modern and superb coastal walks are a short stroll away. A short drive or a train or bus ride away are the ferry to the Isles of Scilly, the Eden Project, Minack Theatre and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. (The trains, bus stop and car park are a few minutes walk from the cottage).

Courtyard Cottage has a beautifully appointed kitchen/diner complete with range cooker, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The luxurious bathroom is fully tiled and has an electric shower over the bath. The sitting room exudes character – snuggle up with a good book in front of the wood burner on colder evenings and get ready to enjoy the bubbling Hot Tub in the private garden, complete with seating area, on warmer days. Imagine relaxing in a little tropical oasis after a day spent exploring the area.

Upstairs one will find an airy, spacious king bedroom complete with sleigh bed and TV and a cozy twin room overlooking the courtyard garden.
