Living room. Good sized picture window overlooking Dove Street. Built-in electric fire, 26” flat-screen TV with internet access to apps such as Netflix, DVD player and 2 seater sofa, a stylish easy chair and coffee table with a centre rug. Heating is by wall-mounted electric radiator.
Double bedroom. Large window overlooking the established garden, Good sized double bed, 2 nightstands with side lights, free-standing wardrobe, large mirror and two bedside rugs. Heating is by wall-mounted electric radiator.
Single bedroom. Brightly lit by a skylight, single bed, nightstand with side light, bedside rug, clothes hooks with hangers. Heating is by wall-mounted electric radiator.
Shower room. Frosted window overlooking Dove Street. Basin with vanity unit, large walk-in corner shower unit with handheld shower head, WC, wood effect laminate flooring, heated towel rail, mirror.
Kitchen. Connecting door into the sunroom, freestanding washing machine and tumble dryer, freestanding electric oven with integrated hob, under-counter fridge/freezer. Electric kettle, hanging bar with utensils, stainless steel kitchen sink, peddle bin. Heating is by wall-mounted electric radiator.
Sunroom / Dining room. Dining table with 4 foldable chairs. Heating is by wall-mounted electric radiator.
Rear garden. Private fully decked established rear garden, 2 folding deck chairs, bench seat garden box.
Please note that guests at Dolly can only use the rear garden, the street front terrace is used for access only.
Parking.
Single parking space for one small to medium-sized car situated in the adjacent secure Goal yard.
The garage door has a height restriction of 200 cm. The parking space has two pillars at a distance of 169 cm apart a depth of 460cm. Please note: the garage door cannot be pushed any higher.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Excellent location, easily walkable to all of the St Ives beaches, and Restaurants. If you are driving, highly recommend as small of a car as possible. The parking is convenient but driving in and out is very tight.
July 25, 2025We had a great stay recently. Very good location and the added bonus of parking which is rare for being located so close to the centre of St Ives. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.
May 27, 2025When we arrived what excited me the most was how clean it was… It is so important to stay somewhere that is really clean. The furniture was still new, when on holiday no one wants to stay somewhere that is dated. It was nice and fresh. Cornish Riviera – It was lovely to have someone contact us the next day to check that everything is ok. We would 100% book with them again.
