    Excellent location for visiting St Ives, where parking is quite a problem. Once you have parked in the secure garage underneath the property, all of the local facilities are easily accessible on foot. There is a second parking area behind the flats at a higher level which we used for unloading and loading the car as it avoided using several flights of stairs.* This entrance was also useful for walking into the town centre. *NOTE FROM HOST: please do not park at the rear of the building – all apartments have allocated numbered parking and parking for Flat 36 is in the secure underground car park.

    What an amazing place. Perfect location, well equipped everything I needed, beautiful views across the bay and parking is a big bonus. Just a short walk into town. 5* for Cornish Riviera too – easy to deal with!
