December 20, 2025The property is within easy reach of all amenities and having secure basement parking is a bonus ( a rarity in St Ives). The property was clean and comfortable with an amazing sea view. If the apartment hasn’t got it – you don’t need it. The fact that this deal came with access to a health spa was a terrific bonus. I have a health condition so this was very beneficial addition. Much appreciated and the spa is fantastic. Would love to come again.
December 13, 2025We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The location couldn't be better, close enough to the train station for easy travelling with luggage, a literal stone's throw from the beach and a nice saunter to the town and shops. The flat itself was decently sized for two people, with very comfortable furniture and perhaps the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and so on and the tea and coffee supplied was a very welcome and gratefully received addition. The only issue we had – and it was mostly my fault – is that we ran out of hot water for showers on the first two days. I take too long, so your mileage may vary there. The selection of books and DVDs were great too – the first time I can say that after many AirBnB stays! There were minor restorative works going on in the hallways but we were made aware of this ahead of time and it caused us no bother. If you're planning to go to St Ives, you couldn't do better than staying here. 'Nuff said.
