Ayr Lane, St Ives, TR26 1JW

This attractive property was originally built in 1840 as a miners' cottage. It is in a quiet location in Ayr Lane just a few minutes’ walk to the Barbara Hepworth Museum and the bustle of the shops, restaurants and galleries of Fore Street. Tastefully furnished in a traditional style with many original features including sash windows, period furniture, paintings by local artists and a selection of books.
The house has the advantage of a small bathroom on the ground floor with shower over, in addition to the main shower room upstairs. Enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and lighthouse from the front door steps.
