This welcoming, bright and spacious L-shaped room contains a double pull-down bed and a double sofa bed which both easily fold away to maintain the spacious appeal of the studio.

Fully equipped for self-catering with fridge, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, spacious worktops and storage, ample equipment and a dining table with seating for 4.

Comfortable settee, flat screen TV. Plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes.

Two sun loungers are provided along with the bistro set for balcony use.

The communal door front door is a couple of granite steps up from The Wharf. Inside there are 19 carpeted stairs up to the apartment door and 12 further stairs (all with handrails) once inside up to the studio.

A small, well behaved dog is accepted but must not be left unattended.

Because of the nature of the low kitchen window and balcony this property is not suitable for children.
