September 21, 2023Really well positioned, walkable from the train station, with all St Ives has to offer right on the doorstep. Gorgeous sea views from the living room. Sunny courtyard at the back. Bedrooms and lounge have been refurbished to a high standard and were very clean and comfortable. As yet the kitchen and bathroom are still to be completed. The bathroom was particularly tired. However, this was described in the listing so we knew what to expect. Once the owners have finished the refurbishment I’m sure it will be fab
