Situated on the 1st floor and approached by a flight of steps at the rear from Back Road East, 3 Sunnyside Flats has a commanding position facing south above Quay Street with magnificent views over the Harbour beach and St Ives’ Bay from the sitting room and master bedroom. This bright and spacious flat is stylishly decorated with a modern flair and has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Double glazed throughout, with almost full-length windows in the sitting room. For safety, these windows have restricted opening.

Sitting/dining room

Open plan with panoramic views of the Harbour, small balcony overlooking the beach. Large settee, easy chairs and coffee table, dining table with chairs, electric fire and Smart TV.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1. 5 ft double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers etc. Double aspect views over the Harbour and towards the Tate Gallery. Wash basin, shaver light and socket.

Bedroom 2. Twin beds, good storage and central bedside table, wash basin, mirror, shaver light and socket. Views over the rooftops.

Shower room. Shower, wash basin and WC, washing machine and gas water heater.

Kitchen

Fitted with a stainless steel sink, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Heating is mainly by electric storage heaters.

The flat is unsuitable for young children under 6 years of age.

Numbers 1 and 3 Sunnyside can be booked together to conveniently accommodate large family groups.

    The location is second to none. The views from the big windows are spectacular. The accommodation is light & spacious with generous-sized rooms. The bathroom looks old-fashioned but the shower is excellent. The lighting is very good, plenty of reading lamps. Comfortable sofa.
