There is a lively local pub and takeaways at the bottom of this narrow road which is used by few cars. The property has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 large bedrooms and a good-sized family bathroom and benefits from a small covered yard to the front which is useful for storing beach equipment.

Sitting area. Exposed granite fireplace with electric fire. A 2-seater settee and small arm chair with window seat to the front and further built in seating under the stairs. TV/DVD player.
Kitchen/dining area. Charming fitted kitchen comprising an excellent range of cupboards, fridge, wine-cooler, small dishwasher, 4-ring electric induction hob, electric oven, extractor fan, glazed top sink unit. A built-in breakfast bar with seating for 4.
First Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed, recess with rustic oak shelving, chest of drawers and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 2. Bunk bed with double mattress below and single above. Large chest of drawers, hooks for hanging clothes and futon chair.
Bathroom. Newly fitted in 2021 with bath with electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin plus heated towel rail.
Carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen and bathroom areas. Heated by electric wall heaters.

Nice and cosy cottage near almost anything in St Ives: shops, walks, beaches, the railway station. The kitchen is very well equipped.
October 5, 2019This is a lovely little cottage. It’s very stylishly decorated and furnished and feels surprisingly spacious. Lovely kitchen. It was immaculately clean with nice towels and bedding. The little yard at the front is very useful for storage of sandy beach stuff. We would stay in it again. The pub at the end of the road was noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights until about midnight, but we did have the windows open as it was warm – don’t think you’d hear too much with them shut.
August 31, 2019Lovely, cosy cottage that is comfortable for 2 adults & a child. Good central location, though the Three Ferrets pub can be lively at the weekend. Enjoyed our stay.
