There is also a little balcony at the front to enjoy the lovely views with a coffee or a glass of wine! The apartment is easily accessed at ground level through a small courtyard at the rear on Back Road East. It is centrally heated, double glazed and close carpeted. Modern furnishings and a unique collection of paintings by local artists add to the flat's bright ambience.

We come back year after year to St Ives. It is so relaxing you wouldn't find a more friendly place to come and relax and the restaurants and pubs are great. Thanks, we'll be back in September!

My family and I had a lovely stay. We had a couple of rainy days but otherwise it was really nice. The balcony was a surprise! The view out of the window was beautiful too.

Thank you so much for providing such a comfortable and well equipped holiday home. We have stayed in St Ives several times and on this occasion have loved the wonderful views and the sound of the waves. If you want to have a close up view of the seals, they swim alongside Smeatons Pier at high water hoping from fish from the fishermen.
