This sunny south facing apartment commands a fine view over the Harbour and St Ives’ Bay from the open plan sitting/dining room and double bedroom. There is also a little balcony at the front to enjoy the lovely views with a coffee or a glass of wine! The apartment is easily accessed at ground level through a small courtyard at the rear on Back Road East. It is centrally heated, double glazed and close carpeted. Modern furnishings and a unique collection of paintings by local artists add to the flat's bright ambience.

May 14, 2022We had a lovely week in 1 Sunnyside thank you. The apartment was very well equipped for holidaymakers and the position was ideal to access all the beaches and the local stores. We loved the ever-changing view from the dining table over the harbour and the town. There is an amazing selection of original art in 1 Sunnyside and we all enjoyed picking our ‘top 5’ – a hard choice! We’ll be back next year.
