This sunny south facing apartment commands a fine view over the Harbour and St Ives’ Bay from the open plan sitting/dining room and double bedroom. There is also a little balcony at the front to enjoy the lovely views with a coffee or a glass of wine! The apartment is easily accessed at ground level through a small courtyard at the rear on Back Road East. It is centrally heated, double glazed and close carpeted. Modern furnishings and a unique collection of paintings by local artists add to the flat's bright ambience.

Stayed twice before and once next door! Location, views, comfortable and well equipped. The new furniture makes the flat even more comfortable and we noticed new carpets and decoration. Even with a week of mixed weather, we enjoyed the holiday and were able to make the most of the sunny spells due to the location of the flat.
