Description
Hazelbury House is the first Victorian building on Draycott Terrace and is a short but steep walk down Primrose Hill to the lovely Porthminster Beach. Flat 4 is on the 2nd floor of Hazelbury House and is accessed through a communal hallway. This spacious apartment was totally and thoughtfully refurbished in 2020 to create a relaxing and comfortable space. It is light and bright throughout with a skylight in the open plan living/kitchen area and large windows with Venetian shutters.

Deep seated corner sofa, coffee table, large wall mounted Smart TV, log/flame effect electric fan heater.
Dining area with circular table and 4 chairs.
Newly fitted kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave.

Bedroom 1. Double bed with bedside tables, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds with a bedside table, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers and ceiling fan.
Bathroom
Claw foot bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Central heating, wood effect laminate flooring and oak veneer doors throughout.
Daily parking permits are required to park on Draycott Terrace. These must be manually updated daily and parking is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Any mistakes made when completing daily permits cannot be rectified and replacement permits cannot be provided. The owners provide a permit for each night of your holiday – i.e. 7 nights = 7 daily parking permits only.

This is our third stay and we love it! It is such a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for a great welcome. We look forward to coming again next year.
June 3, 2023A lovely flat, spacious, bright and perfect for a family of 4! The extremely hot weather did make it uncomfortable in the living room but we bought our own fan! Great walk to all local amenities, especially Porthminster Beach – mini Ibiza! Went to St Michael's Mount, speed boating in Penzance and highly recommend the Lost Gardens of Heligan. We'll be back as love it here!
August 13, 20224 Hazelbury House is an excellent location with less than a 10-minute walk along the front to St Ives town. A note to consider is that it is a steep hill up to the flat from Porthminster beach. 4 Hazelbury House is a large, spacious, clean, modern 2-bed apartment. Great communication and easy check-in. Parking is a bit tricky. the station car park is a 5-minute walk and you can park for multiple days. There may be an issue if you plan to come and go. There are other car parks around and not too far just a bit of uphill walk. My husband & I had a great 4 nights and we would stay again
