Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches. Don’t forget to switch on the light at the bottom of the stairs else you will be in darkness during your climb from Victoria Place to the apartment!

This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1. Attractively furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A large sash window opens to gorgeous views from the bed and the sound of the sea.

Bedroom 2. Under the eaves, this enchanting space is pure fun for children. Like a lighthouse with extensive views in every direction from its 6 Velux windows with blackout blinds, this room seems to be in a world of its own. It is furnished with 2 single beds and 2 small singles, bedside tables but also provides a perfect space for playing with toys.

"Stayed in about 15 apartments and houses over the years and this is by far our favourite! Feels like living with the seagulls so high up and watching their behaviour though they wake up early. Beautiful views all day long, kitchen has everything we needed and kids in a world of their own in the loft. Art is amazing on the walls. Will definitely be back! Thanks."
