Holiday in the clouds at 4 Victoria House, a wonderfully light and bright apartment with the best views of the town and bay anywhere in Downalong. Climb the 39 narrow steps to the front door and emerge into this spacious modern property built over 2 floors. From the sitting room, watch the Harbour and bay through 3 windows or climb upstairs under the eaves and take in the stunning views from 6 Velux windows facing in all directions. Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches.
Third Floor
Kitchen/dining/sitting room
This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1. Attractively furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A large sash window opens to gorgeous views from the bed and the sound of the sea.
Bathroom. Large, newly fitted corner shower, wash basin, WC and towel rail.
Fourth Floor
Bedroom 2. Under the eaves, this enchanting space is pure fun for children. Like a lighthouse with extensive views in every direction from its 6 Velux windows with blackout blinds, this room seems to be in a world of its own. It is furnished with 4 single beds, bedside tables but also provides a perfect space for playing with toys.

"Our last stay in the book was August 2016. This time we came for our eldest daughter's 21st birthday. As always St Ives charmed us. We saw dolphins & seals- the perfect backdrop for a wonderful celebration. Your lovely home felt like home from home. Three perfect days that we will remember forever."
February 3, 2019"We had a lovely time although the steps are tough to get up 5 times when unpacking. The place is spacious and has lovely views. I have been coming to St Ives for 23 years and this is a wonderful place to stay. There are not enough plates though if you invite guests over. But the sofas were very comfortable. The light is also good from the window. The upstairs is nice for our children and and have room separated for them. Paintings were nice as well as the sculptures. Thank you for letting us stay,"
