Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches. Don’t forget to switch on the light at the bottom of the stairs else you will be in darkness during your climb from Victoria Place to the apartment!

Kitchen/dining/sitting room
This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Super nicely decorated and cozy. 4 Victoria House is in a great location and has a beautiful view over the harbour. It has everything you need. We would be happy to come back.
October 5, 2023We were very impressed with the property, it had a lovely homely feel to it, great views and loved all the Art on the walls – please compliment the owners for us. And thanks for providing us with extra keys and replacing the old light bulbs. It was pretty well equipped but some new tablemats would be a welcome addition!
