Perched above the town on a hidden side ally, benefiting from a small front terrace that affords views across the rooftops to the sea beyond. An artistic feel pervades with original prints and oil paintings by local artists and handcrafted cushions as well as a small library of books, sleeping 5 guests across two bedrooms with two bathrooms and open plan sitting room and kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor, it is well equipped for a family or small group.
Lower Ground Floor
Very spacious open plan kitchen/dining room with wooden table for up to 6 diners. Plenty of storage space and equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Door to pathway to street to avoid last set of steps. Wetsuits and beach furniture for guest use.

First Floor
Open plan sitting room with two settees, coffee tables, TV with DVD player and futon for reading quietly. Wooden shelves with a good variety of books to read and family games .
Shower room. Modern shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Access to the outside seating area with table and chairs with great views.
Second Floor
Bedroom 1. Double bed, built-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and mirror. Bedside tables with reading lamps. Wonderful views over gardens, harbour and beyond.
Bedroom 2. Triple bunk bed with 4' double beneath and single above, reading lamp, small chest of drawers, hooks with hangers and storage cupboard. Hairdryer.Views over the town and harbour.
Bathroom. Very small room with bath and shower over, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, antique mirror and shelving space.
Please note: The top landing is very small with a step down from both bedrooms and bathroom. There are also 32 steps up to the house from Dove Street so families with small children or elderly or infirm members will need to take account of the fact that there is some walking up and down to the streets of St Ives.
