Sitting area. Large corner settee and 3-seater settee, 32" flat screen TV, DVD and stereo.

First Floor
Bedroom 1. Bunk beds with sets of drawers, wash basin, flat screen TV/DVD and bookcase with games. Access through this room to hallway.
Bedroom 2. Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and wash basin.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, large chest of drawers, wicker chair and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4. Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and wall-mounted flat screen TV.

Dogs are accepted, on the ground floor only.
Heating is provided by underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric wall mounted heaters in the rest of the house.

The cottage on Burrow Road is in a fabulous location. Literally 60 seconds to the harbour and a couple of minutes walk from the stunning beaches nearby. We loved the location. We didn’t use the car once all week. The cottage was clean and tidy on arrival. Lovely bed linen and despite being pet friendly there was no evidence of any pets having stayed before. No pet smells/hairs etc. kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Only issues were underfloor heating didn’t work (Cornish riviera did send someone to sort it but we still couldn’t get it working). However the radiators upstairs were great for colder days. The trays in the oven could do with replacing and the shower sealant needs replacing as black with mould. We had a great time in this cottage and would return again! Thanks
September 2, 2023Perfect location for a reasonable price for St Ives! Everything that you need is just a stones throw away. Clean and tidy so nothing to complain about!
August 12, 2023We chose to return to Hollie’s Cottage as we have stayed before. The location was practical for our family. Andy was super responsive when toaster was broken, and had a replacement to us within the day. Overall the property would benefit from some TLC.
