Property imageHowards Way is a three storey former fishermans cottage, thoughtfully furnished and modernised to retain its original charm. It is conveniently located in the heart of Downalong and only a short walk to the harbour, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, galleries and shops. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday.
A small area at the Teetotal Street entrance to the kitchen provides an occasional sunspot with patio table and chairs. The Carncrows Street entrance leads to the ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor

Kitchen/dining room. Spacious, carpeted room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and ample work surfaces. Large pine dining table and chairs, settee, welsh dresser and flatscreen TV.

Shower room. Newly fitted tiled room with corner shower, wash basin and WC.

Ground Floor

Sitting room. Large double aspect room with deep armchairs, settee, double bed settee, coffee tables, flat screen TV, DVD and video. Feature granite wall and fireplaces.

First Floor

Bedroom 1. Pine double bed and built in wardrobes etc. Sash window over Carncrows Street.

Bedroom 2. Twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table. Sash window over Teetotal Street.

Bathroom. Bath with shower, wash basin vanity unit and built-in WC, over sink mirror with integral light and shaver unit. Heated towel rail.

Please note that the cottage sleeps 4 people in the bedrooms plus 2 on the bed settee.

Heating is by storage heaters and instant electric heaters.

Cot and high chair provided.
