This traditional Cornish cottage is situated in a traffic-free, pedestrian-only location just moments from the surf of Porthmeor Beach and the world famous Tate Gallery.
2 Upper Meadow has been owned by the same family since 1957 and is a charming two up two down cottage built over what is believed to have been a pilchard press. There are tantalising glimpses of St Nicholas' chapel on The Island from both the kitchen and bedroom windows.
The property is ideal for small families or couples looking for a bolt hole from which to experience all that St Ives has to offer. The cobbled streets lined with independent shops, galleries and restaurants are within a pleasant stroll through the maze of steps and winding lanes.
