This traditional granite fisherman’s upstairs cottage is located in a quiet terraced street which is a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town, harbour and beaches. Sandy Cove Cottage is a two bedroomed bright, modern cottage boasting private parking and all the amenities needed to make your stay a comfortable home from home experience in beautiful St Ives.
Access to Sandy Cove Cottage is located through the shared main front door in to the hallway; the main front door for the cottage is located on the left of the communal hallway entrance.

A newly refurbished kitchen with electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and radio. The kitchen is fitted with all glassware, crockery, utensils, and cooking pans etc.
The dining area is located just in front of the kitchen with a table and seating for 4.
The living area has two comfortable two-seater settees, a TV that is connected to Sky Q, a DVD player, CD player and Bluetooth sound box. The fireplace is for decorative purposes and is not a working fireplace.
There is a large cupboard for storage and pushchairs etc.
Bedroom 1. King size bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, and mirrors etc. There is a TV/DVD player and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, hanging rail and drawers. There is also a TV/DVD player and hairdryer.
Bathroom. The boiler is located in the cupboard, tiled walls and floor, WC, small bath with power shower, sink, and mirrored bathroom cupboard.
One well-behaved dog accepted on the ground floor only.
A reserved space in secure underground parking close by at the top of Bedford Road is included in the rental.
