Property imageHazelbury House is the first Victorian building on Draycott Terrace and is a short but steep walk down Primrose Hill to the lovely Porthminster beach. Flat 4 is on the second floor of Hazelbury House and is accessed through a communal hallway.
This spacious apartment has been totally and thoughtfully refurbished for 2020 to create a relaxing and comfortable space. It is light and bright throughout with a skylight in the open plan living/kitchen area and large windows with Venetian shutters looking towards Tregenna Castle gardens.

Bedroom 2. Twin beds with a bedside table, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers and ceiling fan.

Claw foot bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

Central heating, wood effect laminate flooring and oak veneer doors throughout.

"4 Hazelbury House is an excellent location with less than a 10-minute walk along the front to St Ives town. A note to consider is that it is a steep hill up to the flat from Porthminster beach. 4 Hazelbury House is a large, spacious, clean, modern 2-bed apartment. Great communication and easy check-in. Parking is a bit tricky. the station car park is a 5-minute walk and you can park for multiple days. There may be an issue if you plan to come and go. There are other car parks around and not too far just a bit of uphill walk. My husband & I had a great 4 nights and we would stay again"

"The flat was excellent, really bright, airy and warm. Great views from the street across to St Ives and really near Porthminster beach (down a very steep hill). The only downside is no on-street parking (permit holders only) and difficulty to get a spot in the train station car park as it was really busy, even on a rainy weekday outside of school holidays."
