Kitchen area. 3 steps down from the living area in to this extremely well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven with extraction system, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, food processor, slow cooker and large toaster. Extensive granite work surfaces and plenty of storage space.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large in-built wardrobe and drawers. Window to side.
