4 Victoria House is a wonderfully light and bright flat but be warned that if you don’t put on the light switch at the bottom of the stairs you will be in darkness whilst trying to negotiate the 39 steps up to the front door! There are superb views as a reward for your climb and it’s difficult to decide which is the best. In the sitting room there are 3 windows overlooking the harbour and St Ives bay. Upstairs, under the eaves, there are 6 velux windows offering stunning views in all directions!
The flat is located in the heart of the oldest and most atmospheric area of St Ives and is perfectly positioned close to all the town's beaches, restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops. The harbour and its beach are only a few steps away and it is an easy stroll past Smeaton’s Pier to the Island.
This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the harbour.
The kitchen is newly fitted and very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
