Kitchen. Light, spacious, and well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, food processor, slow cooker. Extensive granite work surfaces and plenty of storage space. Large dining table with seating for six.

Bedroom 3. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large in-built wardrobe and drawers. Large bay window to side.

Bathroom. Bath with twin headed shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Sitting room. A wonderful space with beautiful views over Trewyn Gardens. Generously furnished with 3 stylish settees, one of which faces French doors which open to Trewyn Gardens and far reaching views. Armchair, coffee table and TV.

Third Floor

This floor is under the eaves so there is limited headroom but with the rafters reaching high and skylights, both double bedrooms have a magical atmosphere and views as though from a lighthouse!

Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe. Ensuite shower room with large walk-in shower with twin shower heads, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
