There are four white sandy beaches within walking distance including the award winning beaches at Porthminster and Porthmeor. The balcony on the top floor has perfect views of the harbour and the terrace is ideal for enjoying the views of St Ives. The cottage has private parking, accessed from the rear of the terrace only and has little disturbance from traffic.

Ground Floor

A large open plan living space with tasteful kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample storage. A restored farmhouse pine dining set comfortably seats six and has a matching dresser. Large corner sofa/sofa bed, snuggle chair, pretty window seat, coffee table, 42” walled TV and open fireplace.

A storage area (suitable for coats) follows through to a utility room which is perfect for wellies and surf kit. Washing machine and WC.

A highchair is stored under the stairs.

First Floor

The cottage has a beautiful oak railed staircase which also leads to a roof top terrace, fitted with lazy grass and a rattan corner sofa.

Bedroom 1. Large double bedroom, dresser, side cabinets and hanging space. En-suite with WC, sink and shower.

Bedroom 2. Twin single wooden beds, small fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family bathroom. Stylishly fitted with a stunning patterned floor and mini brick wall tiles, large shower bath with power shower and two hand held shower heads, WC and sink unit.

Second Floor

A light and airy attic bedroom with king size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. Two comfortable chairs with stunning views of the harbour through double French doors that open onto a slim balcony.

One well behaved dog, out of season, on the ground floor will be accepted.
