No.37 is a terraced fishermans cottage built around 1860, retaining period features. Access is up 7 granite steps to the front door and there is a sheltered garden at the back.

Ground Floor

Open plan sitting/dining room with polished pine floorboards and Victorian features.

Sitting area. Front room with two 2-seater settees, Samsung Smart 32" TV and DVD, coffee table, bureau and bookcase.

Dining area. Refectory table and chairs seating 6, armchair, bookshelves and pine chest of drawers.

Kitchen. Contemporary style with large roof window and slate-effect floor. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Shower room with wash basin and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers. Sea views over the rooftops to the harbour, the Island and St Ives bay.

Bedroom 2. Single bed, chest of drawers and similar views as the double bedroom.

Bedroom 3. Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. South facing up towards the garden.

Bathroom. Bath with power shower over, wash basin and WC and access to garden.

Up a dozen steps to a delightful south facing secret garden with garden furniture and mature shrubs.

High chair provided.

One small well behaved dog accepted and not to be left unsupervised in the garden at any time.

"We had a lovely long weekend. The house is clean, cosy, comfortable and well-appointed. It is within walking distance of Tate, the Barbara Hepworth Museum, the Leach Pottery museum and all the many galleries and restaurants around St Ives. For 1st time visitors, St Ives is hilly and there are some steep steps or a longer, gentler uphill walk to get back to the house. We loved our stay and would happily return and recommend. One double bedroom, one twin and one single. A well-equipped kitchen, comfy living and dining space. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Loved it!"

"We had a wonderful short break at Trenwith Place. The location is ideal - close to a car park and just a short walk into the centre of St Ives. The house is very comfortable. The kitchens and bathrooms are modern. We were able to collect the keys from a key safe when we were delayed meaning we could not check-in during office hours and we were welcomed with a cream tea on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would certainly recommend. "

"Excellent house to stay in. Clean, well-appointed. Garden is a nice bonus. Car park ''Park Avenue'' is very close and we did not have trouble finding spaces. We suggest paying for a week's parking and pay by the mobile app as this allows you to park in other long-stay car parks as well. "

"Great central location for St Ives and all the beaches, quiet with views over St Ives from upstairs front bedrooms. Comfortable beds, warm, good living accommodation and a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. We were a mixed group of my wife and me, my mother-in-law and our son plus dog, it worked very well for all of us. We got a weekly season ticket at a car park about 5 minutes away (Park Avenue) which worked really well as parking in St Ives is an issue, bus stop for Zennor and Penzance 5 minutes walk away. And the nearest beach is fine for dogs all year round. Would definitely recommend and make a return stay!"
