Radiator, hot water tank in cupboard, both heated by gas-fired Rayburn plus electric immersion heater.

Access to bathroom through hatch door down steep wooden steps only for the sure-footed – an experience akin to life aboard a large yacht but no seasickness! No handrail. Cottage bath, generous basin and adjacent WC. Low beams.

Bedroom. King-size divan with Hypnos mattress, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and bedside sea chests, portable electric fire. Window overlooking rear lane.

Due to steep and open stairs without handrail this property is not suitable for babies and young children.
