40) Jellyfish Cottage
Jellyfish Cottage is a fantastically refurbished four-storey fisherman's cottage situated in the old part of St Ives on Church place, facing the Crypt Gallery and mere metres from the Wharf, the Harbour and Fore Street, and just moments away from the Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Museums.
All the beaches are within easy walking distance of Church Place which is a quiet lane where the St Ives Society of Artists is based in the imposing old Mariners Church across the way.
The spacious sitting room displays many original art works and is furnished with a comfortable 3 seater settee, snuggle chair, gas fire and TV/DVD/CD player.
Kitchen area. Solid wood worktops, gas hob and oven, sink, microwave, larder fridge and dishwasher.
Dining area. Dining table and seating for four.
On the lower ground floor is the utility room (with no dividing door) with washing machine, WC, fridge, sink and separate shower. A stable door opens onto the shared yard, Burrells Court, which leads onto cobbled Bailey's Lane. There is outside seating and space for surfboard storage.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds and bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers.
Bathroom. Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 1. A wonderful room with large windows on both sides offering extensive views across St Ives bay and beyond.

Luggage can easily be unloaded outside the cottage before parking in one of the nearby public car parks.
