Due to the steep nature of the steps and garden, young children should be supervised at all times.
Well behaved dogs are accepted out of season.
Closest long stay car park is Park Avenue, a few minutes’ walk up the hill to rear of the terrace.

Similar Properties
We felt very comfortable as a family with three teenagers. The cottage is wonderfully centrally located. You can be at the beaches, in the shopping street, in the bars and restaurants in minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the cinema and a supermarket. The terrace is wonderful, the decor nice, overall a cozy apartment. Only a slight humidity on the ground floor, especially in the kitchen has been a little disturbed – but this is probably normal with an old building in this location. Also, the communication and service of Cornish Riviera was great – when pots and pans were broken, an employee immediately brought us a new, perfect set.
